Escape presents the bare timber framework of a room which has been furnished with found leopard skin domestic objects.
The leopard pattern lends these mundane objects the fantasy of being something else, the accumulation of which tips the balance between cosy habitat and wild cage; the sign of both a fantasy and of desperation.
